Custom Order Policies
~Once payment is made in full, refunds will not be accepted, except for a case by case basis.
~In cases of items not fitting, return shipping will be paid by me and will be fixed or remade and shipped back to the client if error falls on me.
~Items are handmade and shipping/ completion times are estimations.
~Updates regarding custom order creation, customer input, completion, and shipping will be communicated directly to the client.
~Items can be picked up in person from the Denver, Colorado area or shipped.
~Shipping is included in the price when the invoice is sent.
